In all cases, we will only pick up your things or materials from the place you provide during the removal and we will leave any items indicated under “We Don’t Accept” category. Selected pick up times mean that we will aim to arrive within 30 minutes of the time you select while checking out on our online request form, or that we will call, text, or email you to notify you if we will be unable to arrive at the time you decide and will make other plans. We accept no responsibility for any personal information left on any item we pick up. Make sure to remove all data from all equipment before handing them over to us.  We make every effort to donate or recycle the items we pick up, but in many circumstances, we are unable to do so and must dispose of them as waste.
  2. Privacy Policy
    We collect personal information such as your name, postal address, phone number, and email address. We collect this information when you register for or order our services online, fill out a survey, or access our website using your browser’s cookies.     You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or another payment method (s) in connection with any Purchase; and the information you provide to us is true, correct, and complete. The service may make use of third-party services to facilitate payment and the fulfilment of Purchases. By entering your information, you allow us permission to share it with these third parties in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If we suspect fraud or an unauthorized or unlawful transaction, we retain the right to refuse or cancel your order.
  6. Payment
    Payment is needed upon completion of the Junk Removal service. Payment methods accepted vary depending on the servicing location. The final payment will reflect the percentage of the truck that was filled by your requested items to be removed, as well as any additional fees such as disposal costs and manpower. You, as the user, recognize and understand that our pricing is subject to change with or without prior written notice prior to contacting us. It is your obligation to ensure that you have enough payment and do not delay subsequent appointments as a result.
  7. Cancellation
    We require a cancellation notice for the Junk Removal service. If our team members come and you are unable to remove your belongings by the appointed time, a penalty may apply. Cancellation procedures differ depending on the location of the service.
  8. Damages
    Items asked for removal are not insured against damage. Notify the team members right away if there is any damage to the premises. Before they leave, they will fill out a Damage Report. If you see any damage following the Junk Removal, please contact the office right away. The time permitted for found damage varies depending on the servicing site.   9. Safety
    Our team members are prohibited from removing flammable substances, guns, explosives, any container containing gasoline or propane, medical waste, or other dangerous materials due to licensing and liability concerns. Also, to avoid distractions, we strongly advise keeping pets and small children away from the crew while they are working.
  10. Intellectual Property
    The Service, including its unique content, features, and functionality, is and will continue to be the sole property of Safeway junk Removal and its licensors. The Service is covered by copyright, trademark, and other laws in the United States and other countries.
