Our price is based on the overall quantity of space your items will take up in our truck. Travels, transport, disposal, and recycling are also given considerations. That’s why, before providing you with a quote, we need to inspect the items you want to be taken away.
While we are aware that some of our competitors have begun to conceal their prices, we decided to be more upfront about ours. There aren’t any extras, and there aren’t any traps! That’s because we value transparency with our customers.
For us to determine the service and offer you the best junk removal pricing, we offer a free, no-obligation on-site estimate. When we arrive on the job site, we will be able to see exactly what the project entails. We won’t be able to give you an estimate until we inspect your items on-site.
We recognize that you want an estimate so that you can make an informed decision and know exactly what you are paying for; but, we can’t provide an exact price without first inspecting the items to be removed as load sizes can be subjective. There are also items that require additional disposal costs.
Cash, credit, debit, PayPal or Apply pay are all acceptable forms of payment. Payment is due upon completion of our services, regardless of how you choose to pay.
In cases where you cannot be there when the service is completed, you must make arrangements to pay for the job in advance or by credit card.

When you schedule an appointment, you are reserving time on our calendar that would otherwise be available to other clients. All normal appointment cancellations or modifications require a minimum of 24-hour notice as a courtesy. Your advance notification will allow another customer to take advantage of that time slot. The fastest way to book a same-day junk removal service is to call us. In this way, you’ll get a response from us as soon as possible, and you’ll be able to resolve logistical issues much faster. In exceptional circumstances (particularly during peak periods), we may need to reschedule you for the following day.

Having all of your belongings in one place makes it easier for us to deliver an exact price. We can load the garbage faster and more efficiently if you would prepare it ahead of time.This avoids any confusion regarding what is being taken and makes the procedure smoother and faster.
We always do our best to minimize any environmental impact. We are aware of our role in reducing landfill waste. Dropping off any recyclable goods at recycling centers is one of our top priorities. We’ll take those junk from your house or workplace, load them onto our truck, then donate or recycle them as much as possible. When you hire us, you’re not just paying for it to be taken away; you’re also paying for it to be disposed of or recycled in a safe and environmentally friendly manner.
We prefer that you be on-site, but we understand that arranging plans might be challenging at times. Before we load anything, we will assess your junk (if it is accessible), calculate the price, and call you with a quote. You must make arrangements to pay for the job in advance or by credit card.
Both dumpster rentals and junk removal services are meant to make getting rid of stuff from your home or office as easy as possible. Yes, they do, and while it isn’t necessary, we believe it would be unfair to our employees to deny them tips. If you want to tip them, you can do so in cash.
No, you don’t have to do anything. Whether the junk is stored in the cellar, attic, or on the peak floor of a building, our fully trained crew will remove it for you.
Shovels, rakes, brooms, dustpans, a dolly, garbage cans, and occasionally a wheelbarrow are among the tools we use. A toolset for removing doors and dismantling minor things is also available.
The owners, trucks, and employees are all fully licensed and insured.
Yes. Certain items, such as tires, are subject to landfill surcharges, and we are required to charge a premium for them. Surcharges for demolition or construction waste may apply depending on the density and weight of the waste. These charges will never be hidden and will be disclosed upfront.
We promote donating unwanted products and will aid you in locating a non-profit organization that will ensure that your unwanted items benefit persons in need. If you want to sell some of your goods, our staff can connect you to local consignment shops and auctions to help you cash in on the hidden gems found in your garbage.
